We are pleased to announce that Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Pfeifer and Alexander Jarowy, M.Sc. have successfully completed the module VW-Vl-1599 - Building Information Modeling in transportation have completed in the summer semester 2024. This selected module from the Diploma program in Transport Engineering comprised lectures, seminars, exercises and a final online exam on 20.09.2024.

Among other things, the following were dealt with:

• Basics (project examples, geodesy basics, guidelines for clients/contractors)
• Technical basics for digitizing and evaluating the inventory
• nD planning with 3D, 4D and 5D workflows
• BIM in the execution and maintenance phase

Thanks to this qualification, Mr. Pfeifer and Mr. Jarowy are now even better positioned to design future-oriented and efficient planning and construction processes in the transport sector.

We congratulate Mr. Pfeifer and Mr. Jarowy on this achievement and wish them every success in applying the acquired knowledge in future projects!
